Ingredients:

1 tbsp | Wine vinegar |
Instructions:

- Carefully wash the mushrooms and slice them in half.

- Put the sliced mushrooms into a pot with lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt.
- Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes, shaking occasionally.
- Once cooked, remove from heat.

- Drain the cooked mushrooms and transfer them into a salad bowl.

- Rinse and drain the hearts of palm. Slice them in half and add them to the bowl with the mushrooms.
