- 2 cups Monterey Jack pepper cheese, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup baby shrimp, cooked
Instructions:

6 | Repeat the process three more times to make a total of four quesadillas. |
7 | Once cooked, cut each quesadilla into wedges. |
8 | To keep the quesadillas warm, place them on an ungreased cookie sheet in the oven. |
