4 | Prepare Sugar Syrup: In the same dish, add sugar along with 3 tablespoons of water to the remaining ghee. Mix well and microwave on HIGH for 2.5 minutes, uncovered. Stir the mixture once in between to ensure even heating. |
5 | Add Semolina: Now, add the soaked semolina, remaining ghee, and cardamom powder to the sugar syrup mixture. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, uncovered. Stir the mixture once in between to prevent lumps from forming. |
6 | Add Nuts: After microwaving, add essence (if using), walnuts, and the previously prepared cashews to the mixture. Mix everything well to combine. |
7 | Serve: Your Karachi Halwa is now ready to be served! Enjoy it with hot puris and spicy chickpeas for a complete and satisfying meal. |
