2 cups Dry white wine
10 oz Fresh baby spinach
3/4 cup Heavy cream
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • In a shallow dish, mix all-purpose flour with salt and pepper.
    • Lightly beat the egg with water in another dish.
    • Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then dip each side in the egg wash.
