Description:
This quick, easy, family-pleasing one-dish meal is a sure-fire hit. Toppings can be layered on the finished casserole for potluck dinners. It also freezes well (without the toppings).
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 2 cans beans
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 bag Doritos
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 container sour cream
Instructions:
Step | Description |
---|---|
1 | Brown chuck, drain. |
2 | Add beans, soup, and Rotel tomatoes. |
3 | Layer Doritos and meat mixture in casserole dish. |
4 | Top with shredded cheddar cheese. |
5 | Bake at 350°F until cheese starts to brown. |
6 | Plate and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and extra cheese. |
