Ohhh, it’s Heaven in a crockpot!! Tender little noodles swimming in a creamy, cheesy sauce. I think its the onion cheese that sets this recipe apart from all others….soooooo yummy!!

Ingredients 🥣

1 can Evaporated milk
3/4 tsp Salt
Black pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
3/4 lb Sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 lb Onion cheese
2 tbsp Margarine
1 tbsp Butter
1 lb Elbow macaroni

Instructions 📝

  1. Mix together milk, water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard, cheeses, and margarine in saucepan.

    • Combine the evaporated milk, salt, garlic powder, dry mustard, sharp cheddar cheese, onion cheese, and margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly.

    • Continuously stir the mixture until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  3. Place cooked macaroni in crockpot, and pour cheese mixture over top.

    • Transfer the cooked elbow macaroni into a crockpot, then pour the cheese mixture over the macaroni.
  4. Cook for 6 hours on low heat.

    • Set the crockpot to low heat and cook for 6 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together and the macaroni to become tender.
