Ingredients:
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup dry sweetener
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup soymilk
- 2 cups raisins
- 1 cup chocolate chips or carob chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the rolled oats, flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cumin, cardamom, pepper, and cayenne in a large bowl. Stir well to ensure even distribution of the dry ingredients.
- Add the mashed banana, dry sweetener, oil, soymilk, raisins, and chocolate chips to the oat mixture. Gently mix everything together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in tough cookies.
- Scoop spoon-sized portions of the dough onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet, spacing them a few inches apart to allow for spreading during baking.

- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
