Directions:

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to a toasty 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Now, gather your ingredients in a large bowl: 1 cup of white rice, 5 eggs, 2 cups of raisins, 1 cup of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and the star of the show, 2 cups of amaretto cream. 🌟 Mix them all together until everything is well combined and pour the delightful mixture into your prepared dish.

  4. For an extra burst of flavor and visual appeal, sprinkle a bit more cinnamon and nutmeg on top of your pudding before it takes a dive into the oven.

  5. Pop your pudding into the preheated oven and let it bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until it’s reached a lovely golden brown hue on top and is set in the center.

  6. Once baked to perfection, allow your pudding to cool completely before serving. For an extra indulgence, top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream.

  7. Sit back, relax, and savor each spoonful of this delectable Amaretto Cream Baked Rice Pudding. It’s a dessert that’s sure to impress at any gathering or simply satisfy your sweet tooth cravings at home. Enjoy! 🍮
