- 3 leeks
- 2 potatoes
- 10 – 20 cremini mushrooms
- 5 cups water
- 3 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Milk (optional)

Recipe Instructions:
