Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg and milk together until well combined.

  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, quick oats, finely chopped onion, green pepper, salt, black pepper, and dried basil to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

  4. Add the ground beef to the bowl and mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.

  5. Shape the mixture into 8 mini loaves and place them in a greased baking dish.

  6. In a separate small bowl, mix together the catsup, brown sugar, and prepared mustard until smooth.
