Delicious Chicken Croquette Rolls (Risoles Rogut Ayam)
Ingredients:

Filling:
- 3 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 carrot, grated
- 100g boiled chicken breast, finely shredded
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 100ml milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cooking oil

Wrapper:
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
- 100g breadcrumbs, for coating

Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, all-purpose flour, and milk until smooth and free of lumps.
- Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the potato mixture along with grated cheese, black pepper, shredded chicken. Stir quickly until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

- Combine all-purpose flour, salt, one beaten egg, and enough water to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Stir in melted margarine until well incorporated.
