Sweet and Sour Tuna

Ingredients:

  • Fresh tuna (I recommend buying pre-packaged from your local market)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Water (as needed)
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ABC chili sauce (to taste)
  • Saori oyster sauce (to taste)

Instructions:
