Date-Filled Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and beat well after each addition.
- Stir in the milk.

- In a separate bowl, sift together the baking powder, 2 cups of flour, and salt.
