Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Lemon pepper, to taste
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, divided
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season and Cook the Chicken:
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with lemon pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside, keeping it warm.

- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, until tender.

- To finish, sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.
