My Famous Cheese Dip

I love experimenting in the kitchen, and after several tries, I finally nailed this awesome cheese dip recipe. It’s perfect for gatherings and always a hit!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 cup milk
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, sausage, and onion until the meat is browned. Drain fat.

In a 4-quart Dutch oven, combine Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and milk.

Cook and stir constantly over low heat until the cheese melts completely.

Stir in the cooked beef mixture and heat through.

Serve hot with warm tortilla chips for dipping.
