Crispy Homemade Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 5 tablespoons seasoned flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 liter cooking oil

- In a food processor or blender, combine diced chicken, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add tapioca flour and egg. Mix until well combined.

- Steam for 30 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
