Indonesian Stir-Fried Chicken Heart and Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 chicken heart
- 1/4 yard-long beans (kacang panjang)
- 1 carrot
- Seasonings:
- 7 shallots (bawang merah), thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic (bawang putih), thinly sliced
- 3 bird’s eye chilies (cabe rawit)
- 2 curly red chilies (cabe merah keriting)
- 1 sachet Saori seasoning
- Granulated sugar
- Soy sauce (kecap)
- Chicken broth powder (Royko ayam)
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch (maizena)
Instructions:

Rinse the chicken heart thoroughly, then boil until cooked through.

Prepare the seasonings: slice shallots, garlic, and chilies thinly.
