Patin Ketumbar (Batita) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of Patin fish

  • 1 thumb-sized piece of turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 piece of yellow tofu, cut into cubes
  • Salt, to taste
  • A pinch of katuk leaves
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ liter water

Instructions:
