Steamed Burghul Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, grated
  • 1/4 cup jaggery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp anise seed
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 – 1 cup burghul (cracked wheat)

Instructions:

    • Start by grating the cucumber and finely chopping the jaggery. Grate the coconut if not already grated.
