Oseng Klotok Terong Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kg klotok salted fish, filleted
  • 3 eggplants (terong), diced
  • Stir-fry Seasoning:
    • 6 shallots
    • 5 cloves garlic
    • 3 large green chilies
    • 15 bird’s eye chilies
    • 1 tomato
    • Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), to taste
    • Sugar, salt, pepper, to taste
    • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salted Fish:

    • Fillet the klotok salted fish, wash thoroughly, and then dice. This ensures no worries about swallowing bones.
  2. Prepare the Eggplants:

    • Dice the eggplants into cubes, then rinse them well.
  3. Prepare the Stir-fry Seasoning:

    • Finely chop the shallots, garlic, and all types of chili. Dice the tomato as well.
  4. Stir-fry Process:
