Indonesian Spicy Tuna Stew (Sarden Tongkol)
Ingredients:

7 slices of tuna fish (ikan tongkol) 
-

Spice Paste: - A handful of chili peppers, as desired
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A dash of soy sauce
- Salt
- Sugar
- Seasoning powder

Chopped Ingredients: - Chili peppers, as desired

Instructions:
- 
Clean the tuna fish thoroughly. Parboil briefly, then set aside. 
- 
Grind or blend all the ingredients for the spice paste except the soy sauce. Sauté the paste until fragrant, then add the chopped ingredients and continue sautéing until aromatic. Add a little water to your liking and stir in the soy sauce. Let it simmer briefly.

Add the tuna fish and stinky beans (if using). Stir gently to combine. Season with salt, sugar, and seasoning powder to taste. Adjust the flavors as needed.

Cook until everything is well combined and the flavors have melded together.
