- 500 grams chicken breast, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and granulated sugar, to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 red chili, sliced and seeds removed (use half for less heat)
