Perkedel Tahu Cina dan Ayam

Ingredients:

  • 4 small slices of chicken fillet or 1 piece of chicken breast
  • 1 large block of silken tofu or Chinese tofu
  • A small bunch of chives
  • 4 medium-sized cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste

Steps:
