Ingredients:
- 1/2 chicken, filleted and cut into strips
- 1 packet all-purpose flour
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1/2 pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 egg, beaten (for coating the chicken)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bird’s eye chilies, sliced lengthwise
- 1 onion, sliced
- Tomato ketchup, to taste
- Chili sauce, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Vegetable oil, for frying

- In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour with a pinch of Royco chicken seasoning (optional).
- Dip the chicken strips into the beaten egg, ensuring they are well-coated.
