Baked Dori with Broccoli and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams dori fillet, cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 broccoli head, cut into small florets
  • Thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Cooking oil (for greasing)

Instructions:

  1. Season the Fish: Sprinkle the dori fillet pieces with salt and ground black pepper. Let them sit for a few minutes to absorb the seasoning.
