Puyunghai Rolade Tahu Tuna Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 pieces of rolade (sausage roll)
- 1 block of tuna tofu
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking oil (as needed)
For the Sauce:
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cut the rolade and tuna tofu into small cubes.

Mix the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, all-purpose flour, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Fry the Rolade and Tofu:
- Add the cubed rolade and tuna tofu to the egg mixture. Ensure that all pieces are coated evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Fry the coated rolade and tofu pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a separate pan, heat a little oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, water, and salt to the pan. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

- Drizzle the prepared sauce over the fried rolade and tofu pieces. Serve hot.
