Ingredients:
- 1 medium tengiri fish (mackerel), cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 5 shallots, peeled
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- Red chili peppers or bird’s eye chilies, to taste
- 2 pieces of ginger, peeled
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2-3 kaffir lime leaves or lime leaves (if available)
- 2 pieces of turmeric, peeled
