Nasi Goreng Tongkol
Ingredients:
- 1 plate of white rice
- 1 small tuna fish (tongkol), cut into pieces
- 1 egg
- 2 pieces of otak-otak (fish cake)
- Seasonings:
- 3 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), to taste
- Optional: Red chili, if available

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the otak-otak into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the tuna fish (tongkol) into small chunks.

Fry the Fish and Otak-Otak:
- Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the tuna pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same pan, fry the sliced otak-otak until slightly crispy. Set aside.

- Thinly slice the shallots and garlic.
- Heat a small amount of oil in the pan used for frying. Add the sliced shallots and garlic, cooking until fragrant and translucent.

- Add the fried tuna pieces and stir until evenly distributed.
