Savory Salted Tuna and Beef Omelette with Garlic
Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- Ketofy tuna flakes
- 4 slices of smoked beef (brand: Superindo)
- 4 slices of cheese (brand: Kraft Singles)
- Mayonnaise (Kraft, for topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Flavor enhancer (optional)
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
- Butter (for cooking)
- Boncabe (for topping)
- Oregano (for topping)

Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a bowl, crack all the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Add the black pepper, garlic powder, and Himalayan salt. Whisk the mixture until well combined.

Cook the Smoked Beef:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Once melted, add the smoked beef slices. Cook for a few minutes until slightly crispy and browned. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Omelette:
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Cook gently, allowing the eggs to set evenly. There’s no need to add more butter at this point as the residual butter from cooking the smoked beef will suffice.

- Once the bottom of the omelette is set and lightly browned, carefully flip it over. On the cooked side, spread a layer of mayonnaise, followed by an even layer of tuna flakes. Arrange the smoked beef slices on top, followed by the cheese slices.

- Spread another layer of mayonnaise on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with Boncabe and oregano to taste. Cover the skillet with a glass lid to monitor the cooking process and ensure that the cheese melts perfectly and the omelette is cooked through.

- Once everything is cooked and the cheese is melted, remove the omelette from the skillet. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
