Ingredients:

For the Steak:

  • 2 pieces of beef (10-inch thickness each)

For the Marinade:

  • Coriander (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt, seasoning, or mushroom broth (to taste)

  • Del Monte tomato sauce
  • Del Monte chili sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced

  • Cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Grated cheese (as desired)

For the Salad:

  • Broccoli
  • Corn
  • Carrots

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Salad:

    • Boil the broccoli, corn, and carrots until tender but still crisp. Avoid overcooking. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Marinate the Beef:

    • In a mortar and pestle or a small food processor, combine the garlic, coriander, black pepper, and salt or seasoning. Add a splash of water to create a paste.
