- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms (trim the ends)
- 1 block yellow tofu
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- Salt, sugar, mushroom broth, and black pepper to taste
- Water as needed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 onion
