Simple Teriyaki Stir-Fry with Minced Beef and Bean Sprouts
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce bean sprouts
- 1 ounce minced beef
- 4 small red chilies (sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for sautéing)
- 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
Instructions:
-
Prepare the Ingredients: - Begin by mincing the garlic and chopping the green onions. Slice the red chilies and set them aside.

-
Sauté the Aromatics: - Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

-
Cook the Minced Beef: - Add the minced beef to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned and cooked through.

-
Add the Vegetables: - Stir in the bean sprouts and sliced red chilies. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the bean sprouts are tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.

-
Season the Stir-Fry: - Pour in the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir well to combine all the flavors. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.

-
Finish and Serve: - Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top and give everything a final toss. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Enjoy this quick and flavorful Teriyaki Stir-Fry as a satisfying meal on its own or as a delightful addition to any Asian-inspired feast!
