Title: Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Grilled Beef and Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 180 grams spaghetti
  • 180-200 grams beef tenderloin
  • 50 grams instant Bolognese sauce
  • 5 bird’s eye chilies, finely sliced
  • 1 packet instant aglio olio seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 5-10 grams grated cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Spaghetti: Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Add the spaghetti along with the margarine to the boiling water, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook until the pasta is just al dente. Once done, drain the spaghetti and cool it quickly in a bowl of ice water. Drain again and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Beef: Season the beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper. Grill the beef to your preferred level of doneness, aiming for medium-well. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest before slicing.

  3. Sauté the Spaghetti: In a large skillet, heat a bit of margarine over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet along with the instant aglio olio seasoning and sliced bird’s eye chilies. Stir well to combine, allowing the flavors to meld together. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and black pepper as needed. Finish by stirring in the grated cheese until it melts and coats the spaghetti.

  4. Heat the Bolognese Sauce: Warm the instant Bolognese sauce in a separate pan over low heat.

  5. Assemble the Dish: To serve, place a portion of the spaghetti on each plate. Top with slices of grilled beef. Garnish with a sprinkle of additional grated cheese and a generous ladle of warm Bolognese sauce.

  6. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Grilled Beef and Bolognese Sauce!

Feel free to experiment with additional garnishes or sides to make this dish your own. Happy cooking!
