Beef Macaroni Teflon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 100 g spiral macaroni
- 1 sachet corned beef
- 125 ml liquid milk
- 1 egg, beaten with a little water
- 3 slices of cheese, cut into squares
- 1 tomato, grated or diced
- Seasonings:
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Nutmeg, a pinch
- Oregano, a pinch
- Approximately 20-30 ml water
- 2 tbsp margarine for sautéing

Cook the Macaroni:
- Boil the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a skillet, heat the margarine over medium heat. Add the grated garlic and onion, stirring until fragrant and translucent.
- Incorporate the grated tomato and tomato ketchup, adding a little water to create a sauce. Stir well to combine.

Combine Ingredients:
- Add the corned beef and cooked macaroni to the skillet. Pour in the liquid milk and mix thoroughly.
- Season with pepper, salt, sugar, nutmeg, and oregano. Adjust seasoning to taste. Once everything is well combined, remove from heat.

Assemble in Teflon Pan:
- Heat a non-stick frying pan (Teflon) over low heat.
- Pour the macaroni mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle the beaten egg evenly over the macaroni mixture.
- Arrange the cheese squares on top of the egg, covering the surface completely.

Cook and Serve:
- Cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and the egg is set. This may take a few minutes, so keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
- Once cooked, carefully lift out of the pan and serve hot.
