Ingredients:

  • 250 grams beef (trimmed of fat)

  • 6 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 6 red chili peppers, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, as needed
  • Vegetable oil (or olive oil, as preferred)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef: Place the beef strips in a bowl and coat with lime juice. Let it marinate for 1 hour to enhance its flavor and tenderness.
