Beef Rice Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
- 400 grams ground beef
- 3 carrots, julienned, washed, and boiled
- 1 zucchini (Japanese cucumber), washed and diced
- 2 bunches spinach, washed and briefly blanched
- 3-5 bowls of cooked rice (adjust to your preference)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (Saori brand)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (Kikkoman brand)
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon (Royco brand)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for the vegetables)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for the beef)
- ½ teaspoon salt (for the beef)
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons fried shallots (for garnish)
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 5 tablespoons plain milk (for the scrambled eggs)

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Julienne the carrots, remove spinach leaves from their stems, and dice the zucchini.
- Boil the carrots in water with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar until they are slightly tender. Add the spinach to the boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Beef:
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the pan. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Pour in the water and add the tomato sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, beef bouillon, and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Stir well to combine and cook until the mixture thickens. Adjust seasoning with additional salt or sugar if needed.

- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are scrambled and fully cooked. Stir in the plain milk to achieve a creamy texture. Season with a pinch of black pepper if desired.

- Place a bowl of cooked rice at the base. Arrange the blanched spinach around the edges of the rice.
- Add the boiled carrots and diced zucchini (if using) on top of the spinach.
- Spoon the cooked beef mixture over the vegetables.
