Ingredients:
- 250 grams beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, sliced lengthwise
- 3 red curly chilies, sliced diagonally
- 3 red bird’s eye chilies, sliced diagonally (adjust spiciness to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (optional, for color enhancement)
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Bouillon powder, to taste
- Water, as needed
