Coriander and Chicken Flavored Fried Tempeh

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of tempeh
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander (you can use coriander powder if you prefer)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Royco chicken seasoning
  • Water as needed

Instructions:

  1. Begin by cutting the tempeh into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Grind the coriander until it becomes a fine powder (or use ready-made coriander powder to save time).
  3. In a bowl, combine the ground coriander with water. Add the Royco chicken seasoning and mix well until the seasoning is fully dissolved.
  4. Add the tempeh pieces to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tempeh pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the tempeh from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve the coriander and chicken flavored fried tempeh hot. They can be enjoyed on their own or dipped in your favorite sauce.
