Savory Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry

Beef Teriyaki Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg beef, cut into cubes
  • 100 grams large green chilies, can be substituted with bell peppers
  • 3 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

Steps:

  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan. Sauté the sliced shallots, garlic, and onion until fragrant and softened.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the pan, stirring well. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until the beef releases its juices.
  3. Once the liquid has evaporated and the beef is cooked through, add the teriyaki sauce, Maggi seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy your simple yet delicious Beef Teriyaki.
