Beef Teriyaki Delight
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg beef, cut into cubes
- 100 grams large green chilies, can be substituted with bell peppers
- 3 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
Steps:
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan. Sauté the sliced shallots, garlic, and onion until fragrant and softened.
- Add the beef cubes to the pan, stirring well. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until the beef releases its juices.
- Once the liquid has evaporated and the beef is cooked through, add the teriyaki sauce, Maggi seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
