Risol Mayo Corned Beef
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of corned beef (preferably Pronas brand)
- 250 grams of breadcrumbs
- 250 grams of all-purpose flour
- 6 large eggs
- 3 sausages
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- Water, as needed
- Mayonnaise

Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and 1 egg. Gradually add water and stir until you achieve a smooth, thick batter.

Cook the Fillings: Boil 3 eggs and the sausages in a pot of water until fully cooked. Once cooked, peel and slice the eggs, and cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
