Beef Soup (Soup Daging Sapi)
Ingredients:
- 250 grams beef, cut into chunks
- 2 small carrots, peeled and cut into quarters
- 2 large potatoes, peeled, halved, and diced
- 1/4 head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 stalks of green onions, chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 5 shallots, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Water, as needed

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cut the beef into chunks and rinse it under cold water.
- Peel and dice the potatoes into cubes, and cut the carrots into quarters.
- Chop the cabbage, green onions, and celery.
- Thinly slice the shallots and mince the garlic, setting them aside for later.

Cook the Beef:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add the beef chunks and cook until they are half done.
- Add the diced potatoes to the pot and continue cooking until the beef is tender.

- If the water level reduces, add more water as needed.
