Beef Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of beef sirloin (sliced thinly)
  • 2 shallots
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 100 ml hot water

Marinade:

  • 3 tablespoons of Saori Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Saori Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Granulated sugar, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Beef seasoning (optional), to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:
    Place the thinly sliced beef into a bowl.

  2. Marinate:
    Grate the garlic and shallots, then add them to the bowl with the beef. Pour in the Saori Teriyaki Sauce, Saori Oyster Sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Season with freshly ground black pepper, granulated sugar, salt, and beef seasoning if desired. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated with the marinade. Let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

  3. Cook the Beef:
    Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until it is almost done.

  4. Add Onions:
    Slice the onion and add it to the pan with the beef. Pour in the hot water to prevent the mixture from becoming too dry. Stir well and adjust the seasoning to taste.

  5. Serve:
    Once the beef is cooked through and the onions are tender, your Beef Teriyaki is ready to serve. Enjoy this flavorful dish with steamed rice or your favorite side.
