Ingredients
- 200 grams beef brisket, cut into small chunks
- 200 grams broccoli florets
- For the spice paste:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 packet ground black pepper
- For the sliced seasoning:
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1/2 large tomato
- 1 chili pepper
- Water as needed
- A splash of oil
- Salt or seasoning to taste
