Tahu Masak Taosi Hitam dan Beef
Ingredients
- 250 grams Beef Sukiyaki
- Japanese Tofu or White Tofu (as per preference)
- 2 Red Chilies
- 1 tablespoon Black Fermented Soybeans (Taosi Hitam)
- 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Green Onion (Scallion)
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 250 grams White Mushrooms

Prepare Ingredients:
- Slice the beef sukiyaki into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the tofu into cubes or slices, depending on your preference.
- Thinly slice the red chilies and green onion.
- Mince the garlic.
- Clean and slice the white mushrooms.

Cook the Beef:
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and slightly golden.
- Add the sliced beef to the wok. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the beef starts to brown.
- Add the oyster sauce, Kikkoman soy sauce, and black fermented soybeans. Stir well to combine the flavors.
- Pour in a small amount of water to create a bit of sauce and prevent sticking. Continue to cook until the beef is cooked through.

- Once the beef is halfway cooked, add the sliced green onion and red chilies.
- Gently add the tofu cubes or slices, stirring carefully to avoid breaking them.
- Add the sliced white mushrooms and continue to cook, gently stirring, until the tofu and mushrooms are cooked through and the flavors are well combined.
