Simple Beef and Chicken Meatballs Without MSG

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams ground chicken
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 ice cubes or enough cold water

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until everything is well combined. Add the ice cubes or cold water to the mixture and blend again until smooth.

  2. Heat the Water: Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. This will be used to cook the meatballs.

  3. Form the Meatballs: Once the mixture is ready, shape it into balls. Carefully drop the meatballs into the boiling water.

  4. Cook the Meatballs: Let the meatballs cook in the boiling water. They will float to the surface when they are cooked through. Once they float, remove them from the water.

  5. Serve: Serve the meatballs with your favorite broth or soup.
