In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped beef with half of this seasoning paste. Reserve the remaining paste for the sauce later. Add the egg yolks to the beef mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.

Form and Steam the Steaks: Shape the seasoned beef mixture into flat, round patties. Steam the patties in a steamer for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked and has changed color.
