- 1/4 beef ribs (balungan/tetelan sapi)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 shallots
- Nutmeg to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for sautรฉing
- Seasoning (to taste)
- 5 tablespoons capri beans (similar to peanuts in Java)
- 5 stalks green onions
- 5 stalks celery
- 4 carrots
- Salt to taste
- Water (as needed)
- Palm sugar to taste
Instructions:

- Soak the red beans overnight to soften. After soaking, wash them thoroughly and then cook in boiling water until slightly tender.

- Crush the garlic, black pepper, nutmeg, and salt together into a paste.
