Japanese Beef Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef, cut into small cubes
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 purple sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 500 ml water
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Japanese curry powder
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate powder
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 2 tomatoes, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Extra water, as needed

Sauté Aromatics: In a large pot, heat the margarine over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and onion. Sauté until the mixture becomes fragrant and the onions are translucent.
