Beef Enoki Rolls: A Savory Chinese Delight

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices of beef (as preferred)
  • 1 package of enoki mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • A dash of soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • A little water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by arranging the beef slices on a clean surface. Clean and trim the enoki mushrooms, and prepare them for stuffing.

  2. Assemble the Rolls: Place a small bundle of enoki mushrooms on each slice of beef. Carefully roll the beef around the mushrooms to create tight rolls.
