Sweet Soy Sauce Chicken Offal Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 pairs chicken offals
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • Fried shallots, to taste
  • Salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Bango sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Saori seasoning
  • Cooking oil, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Clean the Offals: Thoroughly clean the chicken offals, ensuring they are completely free from any impurities. Drain well.

  2. Steam the Offals: Steam the cleaned offals until they are fully cooked. Set aside.

  3. Prepare the Spice Paste: Blend the garlic and shallot until smooth.

  4. Cook the Spice Paste: Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the blended spice paste until fragrant.

  5. Add Sauces: Add the Saori seasoning, Bango sweet soy sauce, seasoning, and a splash of water to the pan. Stir well.

  6. Combine Offals and Sauce: Add the steamed offals to the pan. Cook until the offals are well-coated with the sauce and the flavors are absorbed.

  7. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  8. Serve: Once the offals are fully cooked and the sauce is well absorbed, remove from heat. Garnish with fried shallots. Serve warm.
